Your Motor Carrier (MC) number must be active and in good standing for at least 90 days with the FMCSA.
Valid Insurance Coverage
1M Liability, 1M General Aggregate, 1M Automobile Liability, 1M Workers Compensation and $250,000 Cargo Insurance.
Completed Carrier Packet
All required documentation submitted and approved, including W-9, insurance certificates, and operating authority.
Satisfactory Safety Rating
No conditional or unsatisfactory safety ratings. Clean CSA scores preferred.
